Helena Adams (born May 29, 1990 in Larchmont) is an American reality television personality. She is known for being a cast member on The Real World: Los Angeles.
Biography[]
Helena was born into an upper-middle class family in Larchmont, New York. She describes herself as "spoiled, a Daddy's girl, yet sincere". Helena attended private school her whole life and was at the top of her class while also being the senior class president, prom queen, and captain of the school's girl's soccer team. Helena studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and is currently working as a model and struggling designer.

Reunion[]
In The Real World: Los Angeles Reunion Helena revealed she moved back to New York City after filming and is currently working on a line for young adult women called "Lucy and Her Diamonds". She also revealed that she's substantially stopped drinking as much as she did on the show and does not have an alcohol problem in addition to that her and Kat Malinowski are friends once again.
The Challenge[]
Dynamic Duos II[]
Helena was one of the alumni contestants on The Challenge: Dynamic Duos II along with the rest of The Real World: Los Angeles cast. Her "fresh meat" partner was Frank Sklavounakis. Helena and Frank were seen as big competitors to the other teams, and because of this were targeted. However, they only competed in two eliminations due to Helena's alliance-making skills. In week six, they competed against Justin Eriksen and his partner Lindsay Ryder in the elimination and were eliminated.
Dog-Eat-Dog[]
Helena was a member of the Real World Team on The Challenge: Dog-Eat-Dog. She performed poorly in several challenges and was sent to the elimination in week 4. She competed against Anastasiya and was defeated.
Unlikely Allies[]
Helena Adams was a contestant on The Challenge: Unlikely Allies. She was eliminated in week 1.
